Terms & Conditions

1. This campaign (“Campaign”) is jointly organized by BonusKad Loyalty Sdn. Bhd. (“BLSB”) and RentSmart Asia Sdn. Bhd. (“RENTSMART”) (jointly referred to as “the Organizers”).

2. By participating in this Campaign, all BonusLink Members (“Members”) are deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organizers from time to time (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organizers in all matters related thereto. Information on how to participate in the Campaign shall form part of the conditions of entry in the Campaign. Registration for and/or participation in the Campaign is deemed acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.

3. This campaign ends on 31 December 2020 23.59 unless advised otherwise by the Organizers. The Organizers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit.

4. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Members must perform the following:

            A.  Must be an existing BonusLink Member;

            B. Members must make a successful online transaction with RENTSMART at https://rentsmartasia.com/shop/ (“Dedicated Website”)                     during the Campaign Period and enter their BonusLink Card Number at the payment checkout page (“Successful Order”);

            C. Every Successful Order by Members will be awarded with BonusLink Points;

            D. Only Successful Orders made via Dedicated Website will be eligible;

            E. BonusLink Points will be awarded to the Members on Successful Orders (excluding security deposit and service fee) according to                                 following category:

                a. First Timer Member on RentSmart
                    –  Collect 3X BonusLink Points and additional 100 BonusLink Points (Welcome Bonus Points)
               
                b. Existing Member on RentSmart
                    – Collect 5X BonusLink Points for successful transaction at Dedicated Website

                c. Members are required to spend a minimum of RM 50 in a successful transaction to collect Extra BonusLink Points

                d. Members will be rewarded the Standard Points Structure for transaction below RM 50

                e. The Standard Points Structure : every RM 1 = 1 BonusLink Point

5. The Organizers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of Successful Orders and Members at any point in time.

6. BonusLink Points will be credited into Members’ account within forty (40) days (or any other period as the Organizers deem necessary) of the Successful Order subject to the Organizers receiving all necessary information as deemed necessary.

       7. Any queries relating to the products or services subsequent to the purchase shall be made directly to the respective RENTSMART at                            customer.care@rentsmartasia.com. BonusLink is not responsible for the actual products or services purchased by BonusLink Members.

       8. Retro-claims by Members for the award of BonusLink Points will not be entertained. Any request by Members to provide their BonusLink                   Card Number or to be eligible for BonusLink Points after exiting the payment page at the Dedicated Website will not be entertained. Only                     Members who fulfil the Campaign terms and conditions shall be eligible for the award of BonusLink Points.

       9. The Organizers reserves the absolute right to revise the BonusLink Points from time to time without any prior notice to the Members.

     10. The Organizers reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any Member and/or to retract or forfeit the award of BonusLink Points                from any Member if they believe the Member has (singularly or jointly with any other Member) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or                          activities to earn the BonusLink Points or undertaken in any activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organizers

      11. The Organizers reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning                   any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizers shall not entitle the Members to any                       claim or compensation against the Organizers for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the               act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

      12. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained                   in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any                 translation thereof, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail and supersede.

       13. The Organizers reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time                without any prior notice to the Members. Both BLSB and RENTSMART other Terms and Conditions apply.
