Once the equipment has left our facility, the borrower assumes any and all liability for the equipment. The borrower is required to make good the loss of any equipment not returned, or equipment returned which is damaged beyond repair, as well as any missing components when the equipment is not in the possession of Seven Motion Pictures. The borrower is responsible for any and all damage caused to the equipment during the rental, as well as any damage to others property or persons. If equipment is returned damaged, Seven Motion Pictures will send the equipment to the manufacturer/authorised service centre for assessment. The borrower will be liable for any damage attributable to mishandling or misuse by themselves or anyone else who has used the equipment while loaned to the borrower. The borrower is liable to pay the equipment assessment and servicing/repair cost from the manufacturer/authorised service centre.- In the case of theft of the equipment, the borrower must present a copy of the Police Report stating the conditions of the theft. The borrower is required to make good the loss of borrowed item. Additional charges may incur in the case where the borrower fails to return the equipment on the returning date stated.
