CANCELLATION

We truly understand rentals cannot always go the way it's planned. Sometimes you just need to cancel it and you might wonder how to do it and are you going to be charged for cancelling. Below are the details you should know before wanting to cancel and order

Cancelling a rental

For Renters

Renter cancels an approved order:

More than 48 hours prior to the rental start date, then 50% of rental fee is refunded. Security deposit and add-ons are 100% refundable

Renter cancels an approved order:

Less than 48 hours prior to the rental start date, there is no refund

Renter cancels a pending order

Full refund without being charged

Renter cancels an order due to poor listing

Full refund without being charged if reported within 24 hours upon item being received

Cancelling a Rental

For Owners

Owner cancels an approved order:

A fee of 30% rental fee will be charged to the Owner

Owner rejects an order

No charge will be given

Order is cancelled by renter due to poor listing

Owner will be charged 30% of rental fee
