PA System for HER Malaysia Summit

This is a package specially curated for HER Malaysia Summit to be held on the 6th Nov 2019. The event duration is from 10 am to 6 pm.

The items provided within this package are as follows:

1. PA System (contains the following)
   • 4 x Wireless Mic
   • 1 x Headset Mic (50m radius)
   • 4 x Speakers (2 x 15″ Speakers + 2 x 12″ Speakers)
   • 1 x PA System
2. AV Management Service (SOW is as follows)
   • Blend & balance multiple sounds on the event day by using mixing console, pre-recorded material, voices & instruments
   • Audio & Video material to be provided by the event organizer
3. 1 x Windows Laptop
   • Please ensure video connectivity cables are available and sufficient power sockets are also available

This service (equipment setup & AV Manager) will commence on the 5th Nov afternoon (after 12 pm) for rehearsals. Equipment will be collected from the premise on the 6th Nov after 7 pm.

Deposit is RM 100 of rental price (refundable).
